How many tea leaves go into the bag of black tea on average?
Tea bags are so cheap that I usually do not bother the registration of a tea bag for a second cup, even if they can make a brew if you a little longer. Maybe if I know how many sheets are used to manufacture we will go & most of the others a little less waste? Are they really individually hand picked, as PGTips used to say on the box?
tea bag is made from scrapings of soil likely to zero (counting the stems). Loose leaf is the way to go if you want to count the precious little curled up candy.
