Hard skin on my heel is becoming a problem. Help me?
I walk a lot and thus the development of this strange hard skin all over my heel. I was just wondering how I present it all away. Its bad enough. I currently have my feet covered with socks that surgical like the thing. I tried this particular stone that you leave the pharmacy, but is very painful. Anyone has any tips for getting rid of him? Although I usually use a variety of things to soften my feet. I do not the stones you speak, because they can be extremely difficult. I found these things as file foot. They look like sandpaper and work the same way (find them in the nail care section of any drug store or supermarket, about $ 2). I used to lather my feet with a body wash nice thick scrub in the shower and off. Although you can also do it out of the shower, just soften your feet in a bath first. When I go out I put a good thick lotion on them. So I do this before going to bed at night. After several weeks of this, you will notice a difference. And you plan are male, you may not like my next suggestion. But a good pedicure will give you a good start to soften heels. They will take off any calluses and rub with a pumice stone and files. They are incredible! I am a big fan of pedicures!
