Why do people from the East Coast call scholarship portfolios?
I am originally from Michigan but now live in California. I carry a bag hand, perhaps a purse. My brother, a native of Maryland, called portfolios. And I heard other people in New York and other states of the north coast of eastern refer to grants portfolio. Any ideas why? Pocketbook for me is old school.
My friend in Connecticut asked me to hand her the bag, so I was looking around a little book that could fit in a pocket. It also calls for the liquor store a "package store" so I told him that I go to the liquor, its in a bottle. Registrar put in a bag. And she said "And you go out with a package, so I'm right." She's doing there.
