How do I fire the two black employees of my company without them calling me a racist?
Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Mark Taylor, labeled as my screen name. I'm 42 and I own a McDonald's restaurant, and I have two workers that I need to give of the boot. The reason is due to the time they spend in the walk-in refrigerator. My stock for tandoori chicken was missing and no one can tell me where he disappeared. I did my research on it and found that much of their time outside the Assembly Hall was spent in the fridge. I have previously heard the joke about white employees to be racist to them. I recently finished two employees. I hear the opposite. I mean how do I hire this person or that due to the action positive, blah, blah, blah. Finally, I had the proof I needed. Both the employees and I was terminated white. One was the dress code. The other for the use of racial innuendo. I only gave the reasons for termination lady, she was an employee fantastic, but she had been told countless times on the dress code. The guy I was happy to do it and not give a flying fart he accused me of. The most important thing is to ensure that endings you followed the instructions in the manual. Assuming that an employee that is black is the only one to take the chicken is very racist. I hope you live in a state of zero defects, because otherwise they could continue McDonald pants off. That would put your job at risk.
